Terms of service

 

MEASURING & SIZING: Measurements provide a guideline to choose the correct size. Size is determined by the largest measurement. I understand that all merchandise is ordered based on the Designers size chart, NOT to the customers body measurements. The customer is responsible for the final decision regarding the gown size. Mélange bridal is not responsible for any measurements not taken by Mélange Bridal, nor responsible for any weight/loss, or pregnancy from the time of order until arrival at the store. The gown CANNOT be exchanged for a different size.

RUSH PRODUCTION: Every designer has their own production schedule and rush production may be available for an additional charge. Changes to rush production needs to be made within 7 days of order.

GOWN & ACCESSORIES PRODUCTION: Most gowns will take 4-6 months for production, with couture gowns and custom designed gowns taking 10-12 months. Other items such as veils, fabric, laces and accessories up to 5 months. Mélange Bridal is not responsible for any delays in production or shipping from the Designer.

DELIVERY: Due to international shipping all our gowns and accessories (veils, fabric, lace) will require up to 3 weeks for delivery to Melange Bridal.

 
NOTIFICATIONS: Mélange Bridal does not receive updates from the Designer regarding status on merchandise. Mélange Bridal will notify me via text and/or email upon receipt.

PICK-UP: All merchandise must be picked up and remaining balance paid within 15 days of notification that merchandise has been received at Mélange Bridal, if not, will become the property of Mélange and all monies or deposits will be forfeited.
 

Payment to Mélange Bridal makes this contract valid regardless of signature.
